FACILITYFacility
40.000 m2 facility specifically built for industrial equipment fabrication with segregated workshops, modern equipment and large storage areaOur 40.000 m2 modern fabrication facility located in Kırklareli Industrial Zone has segregated stainless steel, carbon steel, paint workshops, large storage area with overhead cranes and equipped with cutting, shearing, sawing, drilling, bending, rolling, lathe and welding machines, shot blasting room and passivation system.
Our carbon steel workshop is a 6500 m2 facility where carbon steel is fabricated into various products and structures. The fabrication process typically involves cutting, bending, shaping, and welding the steel to create the desired product or structure. The workshop has a variety of equipment, such as cutting machines, welding machines, and bending equipment, to handle the different stages of the fabrication process. Our workers are skilled in welding and fabrication techniques, and are able to fabricate wide range of industrial equipment and steel structures.
Our paint shop is a 2000 m2 dedicated area where metal parts and structures are painted or coated to protect them from corrosion and improve their aesthetic appearance. The paint shop includes self cleaning blasting room, L:20 m, W:6 m, H: 6m in size, for surface preparation, and a large area with air ventilation systems for painting, and curing. This allows for an efficient and effective blasting process, as well as a cleaner and safer working environment.

Our stainless steel workshop is 2000 m2 and located in the same factory but remote and seggragated from our carbon steel workshop. A stainless steel workshop and a carbon steel workshop are similar in many ways, as both facilities fabricate, cut, and shape steel into various products and structures. However, stainless steel contains chromium, which gives it its corrosion resistance and shiny finish. Because of this difference, the fabrication process in a stainless steel workshop requires different techniques and equipment to properly handle and work with the material. If the two types of steel are not properly separated during fabrication, it could result in cross-contamination, which can lead to reduced corrosion resistance and weaker welds, and also to unsightly marks or discoloration on the stainless steel surface.
Our stainless steel workshop is equipped with passivation facility. Passivation is a process that is used to improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel by removing any surface contamination, such as free iron particles. Passivation is important for maintaining the corrosion resistance of stainless steel. We are using chemical passivation method by dipping small parts in passivation tanks and applying chemicals in spray wash area for larger parts. After passivating stainless steel, we neutralize the passivation chemical to ensure the safety of the workers, the environment, and the integrity of the stainless steel.
